HTS (Hopper Technology Solutions) Named Winner of 2025 Global AI Awards for Best in AI for Travel & Hospitality

HTS (Hopper Technology Solutions) is proud to announce that it has been named the winner of the 2025 Global AI Awards for Best in AI for the Travel & Hospitality category. This recognition highlights HTS’ innovation in transforming the travel customer service experience with its new agentic AI solution, HTS Assist.

Launched earlier this fall, HTS Assist is a fully autonomous AI agent built for today’s airlines and travel providers. Leveraging extensive training on real-world travel interactions and deep integrations across numerous back-end travel technology systems, HTS Assist provides complete end-to-end AI-driven resolutions through both voice and chat.

Deployed across a number of HTS’s global banking partners, including SMBC and Lotte Card, and live on the Hopper app and website, HTS Assist is already supporting customers in English, Chinese, Japanese and Korean. Partners who have integrated HTS Assist to date have seen significant improvements to their customer service operations, including an average 65% reduction in servicing costs. By deploying Assist across several of its partner channels, HTS has also unlocked meaningful upsell opportunities, converting 15% of AI agent interactions into ancillary sales and generating additional revenue for partners.
